Mr. Incredible and I enjoyed celebrating Independence Day together for the first time in a long time. And in the right country! We checked out our town's cute 'Old Fashion Fourth of July' celebration in the day and at night sat out in lawn chairs at a friend's house to watch our local firework show. I kind of blew it for dinner and prepared the all-American favorite, Chicken Fajitas... but Mr. Incredible made up for it the next night by making his famous, secret-recipe BBQ Burgers...yum!
